MEETINGS:

SPORTS/GYM:

 

  • PEISAA BRODIE McCARTHY - “Student Athlete of the Year” Award. Applications are now on the grad google classroom also Paper copies in PE form maze.  See Mr. A if any questions.

 

  • AAAW Flag - vs. Gray @ 5:20 @ TFC

  • AAAW softball - @ Montague 6:00 @ School field

 

  • TOSH Ball Hockey - will play TODAY in Kensington against Morrell, And Thursday in O’Leary. Bus departs the Welding shop at 3:30pm. Players will need to bring a light lunch, hydration and snacks.

 

  • Track & Field – 3:30 to 4:30

 

  • AAAW rugby host Rural 5:30 (VIC) 

 

  • AAAM rugby host Rural 6:45 (VIC)

RELAY FOR LIFE:

  • Relay teams are asked to hand in fundraising money TODAY to Mrs. Noonan in room 605 or to Ms. DeCoste in Student Services. On Wednesday the team with the most money will win ice cream treats!

 

  • Relay for Life Bake sale - now Friday (May 15th) at lunch. Thank you for supporting a great cause!

 

  • Relay for Life – 3x3 basketball and dodgeball forms are now in the gym form maze. $15 for a team of 3-4 for basketball. Teams of 5-6 for dodgeball $30 per team. All forms and money to be handed in to Mr. A. in the gym office.

 

  • Relay for LifeThe event is being held the afternoon or May 22 at TOSH. The cost is $20 to register and gives you your Relay T-Shirt, Luminary, and food items at the event. This money also goes towards our goal of raising $30 000 for the Canadian Cancer Society. Registration fees can be paid online when you register, in person at the Relay table on Tuesday and Thursday of this week, or through e-transferring toshrelayforlife@gmail.com (please include your name).

 

 

  • Cancer survivors are invited to a reception May 22 at 10:30 am (10:45-11:45). Please register by contacting Shelby Burns at: shelbyburns3101@gmail.com

BAND:

  • TOSH Wind Ensemble presents their final concert "Firebirds" on May 14th at 7:00 PM at the Scott MacAulay Performing Arts Center. Admission is $10 per person *cash* at the door. The concert will also feature the TOSH Vocal Ensemble who will begin the show. All are welcome!

 

  • Vocal Ensemble – will return to regular practice time: Friday mornings at 7:45

 

STUDENT SERVICES/GRAD INFO:

  • GRAD REMINDERThere are many scholarships, bursary’s & awards due this upcoming Friday, May 15th. As well, many new ones will be posted this week. Graduates are encouraged to apply!! Don’t exclude yourself by not applying!! Apply today!!

 

  • Any student who is interested in summer school should make an appointment with student services before the end of next week to discuss options. 

 

  • Graduate Future Plans & FINAL Transcript RequestIn the Grad Classroom, there is a form all graduates are required to complete to have your FINAL transcript sent to the school of your choice at the end of June along with the program you are entering. If you are not attending school in the fall, we would also appreciate if you could share your future plans!
     

Grad Questionnaires – The following students are asked to visit Student Services and complete the mandatory Grad Questionnaire which is required for Graduation!

  • Royal Canadian Legion Branch #5 Educational Bursary - Applications are now available in the Student Services office. Due Date: May 31, 2026
    *Applications are to be returned to Summerside Legion by the due date.

TOSH CLUBS:

  • Neurodiversity Club will be making bracelets in room 411 at lunch to be sold next week as a fundraiser for Relay for Life. Anyone interested in helping with the fundraiser can join to lunch in the bracelet making.

GENERAL:

  • NBCCD Info session at Charlottetown Public Library: Wednesday, May 20th 5-7:30pm. See Poster on bulletin board outside office.

  • The Three Oaks Insider is holding our first-ever “Artist of the Year” contest! There are posters around the school with submission instructions. Just scan the QR Code or email a picture of your submission to Mr. Chilton (atchilton@edu.pe.ca). The winner will receive a $100 gift card, have their art piece featured on the front page of our paper, and receive an official Three Oaks Insider “Artist of the Year” certificate. The contest deadline has been extended to Monday, May 25th! We look forward to seeing your best artwork,
