MUSIC:

Cast list for the Barbie Play will be posted today at the beginning of lunch inside the band room doors.

Reminder to Wind Ensemble members that there will be an early morning rehearsal on Monday morning instead of Tuesday morning.

 

SPORTS:

Basketball players are asked to return their uniforms to PE office ASAP

Badminton forms and fees are due today. Players are asked to get their forms from Phys Ed office today

GENERAL:

Winners at the 29th Annual Engineers PEI Bridge Building and Artwork Contest:

Contest was held on March 15 at Royalty Crossing Mall in Charlottetown. There were 38 bridges entered.  Three TOSH students won prizes in the Grade 10-12 division.

First place when to Anh Hoang.  Second place went to Wil Sternberg and third place was Kheizhara Magtobnob.  Congratulations!

GYM LOCKER ROOMS:  Will be open ONLY for class time for the next little while. Students wanting to use the gym at lunch should have their sneakers with them.

PROM FUNDRAISER:  has been extended ONE week till April 12th to allow all grads to sell tickets!  If any grads need more tickets, they can get them in Room 812 from Ms Campbell.  All stubs and money can also be returned to Ms Campbell or e-transferred to mldoiron@ihis.org.  Encouraging all to do some selling!!

Wendy’s on Granville Street is hiring for Part Time positions. If interested, please go in and fill in an application.

Culture Summerside is seeking student applications for several summer positions for Public Programming Assistant and for Museum Interpreters. Please come to the office to pick up more information about this great part time job opportunity!

The International Children's Memorial Park at Scales Pond is looking for volunteers to help with light gardening and spring clean-up. Volunteer hours can count toward community bursary hours. If interested, please contact Catherine Garrett at 905-931-3358.

JOHN MITCHELL’S FIRST AID – Will be offering BLS Level C First Aid and CPR for our TOSH students June 18 and 19, 2024 at TOSH from 9:00-4:00 p.m. each day at a cost of $95.00 which can be paid in Student Services.  Preference will be given to students attending post-secondary in the fall and require this for their program.  Graduates can find the sign-up sheet on their google classroom and all other students can inquire in Student Services.
