SPORTS/GYM:
- Badminton – No badminton this evening. Final senior tryout tomorrow (Thursday) from 5:30-6:30. Both teams will be posted Friday.

GENERAL:
- Stress and anxiety presentations:
Emily Steele from the Student Wellbeing Team will be hosting a lunch and learn in the lecture theater on stress and anxiety Tuesday, March 31st from 11:50-12:20. She will be exploring topics such as: why we feel anxiety, why anxiety feels the way it does, what thinking traps we can get into and how to get out of them, and the cycle of avoidance
On April 7th, she will be hosting part two where she will talk about stress, ways to destress, and helpful vs less helpful coping strategies. She will also be teaching some coping skills to try when emotions run high.

- TOSH HAS TALENT: Tickets are now on sale for our upcoming talent show, TOSH HAS TALENT, happening on March 31 at 6:30. Tickets are $10 and available in the office or from students going on the end of the year France trip.
