- 20 min halves (ties permitted for all games with exception of women’s final which would go straight to kicks if tied following regulation)
- Team with the most points following the round robin will be crowned men’s champions.
- $250 per team (Cheques payable to TOSH Athletics or Etransfer to toshathletics@gmail.com )

The following point system will be used on a per game basis to determine standings for both the women’s (1st-4th in each pool) & men’s(1st-5th) divisions:
- 4 points for a win
- Bonus point for scoring 4 tries
- Bonus point for losing by 7 points or less
- Two points for a tie
