- HeadStrong Summit - The Boys and Girls Club of Charlottetown are hosting a Mental Health and Wellness Summit here at Three Oaks on March 6th.
You have been invited to attend a HHEEAADDSSTTRROONNGG SSuummmmiitt What is a HEADSTRONG Summit? A one-day event focused on the topic of mental health and wellness. The summit will show how you can lead change for yourself and others. What can I expect at a HEADSTRONG Summit? A Take a Break safe space staffed by mental health professionals will be available throughout the summit. We are all there to help you access the supports available. FFRREEEE FFoooodd!! FFRREEEE SSwwaagg!! What happens after the Summit? You will receive continued support from volunteers and funding to put your plan into action! You will find out how easy it is to do this during the summit! We can’t wait to meet you!
