STUDENT SERVICES/GRAD INFO:
- Safe grad forms are due Friday, June 12. Pass into Ms. Schurman or Ms. Mills in Student Services. Student fees and safe grad fee ($30) must be paid to participate.
- POTENTIAL GRADUATES: Please take note of the list of potential graduates posted in the hallway outside the Lecture Theatre confirming names to be read at Graduation! Please make changes on the posters or come to Student Services to let Mrs. Mills know. (*This is not a confirmed Grad List!)
Rubin Depow Summer Study Program. This program gives students completing grades 11 or 12 an opportunity to complete a university-level course - for credit - in two weeks over the summer and serves as a great, supported introduction to the caliber of university-level courses!
This program includes:
- Extensive field trips
- Work within the community
- Prioritized access to services
- A supervised stay in residence
- Food on campus
$500 bursaries are available for this program, which, otherwise, costs $1,000.

Important information for potential Graduates to complete ASAP!!
- SCHOLARSHIPS, BURSARIES & AWARDS INFORMATION - Any graduates who have received scholarships, awards &/or bursaries and wish to have them announced at the graduation, must upload electronic copies of this information in the TOSH Grad Classroom. *Please upload a picture/PDF/copy of the award into this assignment. DO NOT copy and paste info into a Word Doc as this is not an acceptable version and will not be accepted. If you have issues with this, please see me in Student Services or email the information to jnmills@edu.pe.ca. (No students have submitted any information so far.)
- Graduate Future Plans & FINAL Transcript Request – In the TOSH Grad Classroom, there is a form all graduates are required to complete to have your FINAL transcript sent to the school of your choice at the end of June along with the program you are entering. If you are not attending school in the fall, we would also appreciate if you could share your future plans! (Only 91 students have submitted this information so far.)
